Previous management was good and the work life balance was better.

Dislikes

Recently top management changed and they started micro management. They are promoting their favourites to manager level and asking for work updates every 30 mins. The balance and independence to take ur own decision is gone. Don't expect good hike or promotion unless you are a developer and their favourite. Flexible time is for name sake.
