Due to pandemic, the company can't able to provide salary on-time. Suddenly they put some new rules like they provide salary on hourly basis that do the company can't give the whole work for entire month.They will extract the work from you but they will provide only half or even less salary or completely don't provide salary at all.

Dislikes

The management don't care about the employees even who are all working in clients by not providing salary and other expenses on time or not at all provided.

Here hours based on salary. They are saying monthly 18k Bt mostly everyone ger below 9k. All advantages for organization side.There are no employee benefits. They are changing norms and regulations without any proposal. Please join CADopt if you know about jalraa.otherwise don't join. Here 2years bond. If u get good job r any emergency issue they will not send. Incase you want leave want to pay min 2L.

Don't join here fully hours based salary you will get only 10 k per month work pressure will be to much and they will not treat you like you are there employee and no salary hike worst company

It is very difficult to tell about positives qualities of company. Dear freshers if you don't have any other option join here. perform well and as soon as possible ask for client location (MNCs only) gain some knowledge & experience and switch to other company as soon as possible.

# no work life balance. # variable pay. # Worst Management. # Horrible leave policies. # low increment. # rotational shift timings 5AM-2PM, 2PM-11PM (9AM-6PM is for only management and experienced employee). # If you are at clients location then its mean riding on two bike same time. # poor co-ordination with company management and client manager. # Coimbatore office location is at very remote area no transport and no food facility. # Bond restriction. # 3 Months Notice period. # salary not on time.

1. Hour basis work and salary, they give less time to complete large file and you will not be given extra hours even though it's eligible. To escape you have to be placed onsite instead of working in offshore project from CADOpt office. 2. If you for hours, monthly Target is 160 to be achieved for full salary (15,000 basic), let's say due to complexity you were able to achieve 40 hours only you will get 3750 only and you can't do anything about it. 3. No one will listen, from HR to MD you will be treated as their slave because you have to sign 2 years bond and they force you to give original educational certificates, for which they will blackmail for huge buyback amount if you quit earlier. 3. Rude management behaviour and you will be place in onsite by fake experience resume and in onsite they will screw you if you are not upto their mark coz CADOpt will get huge amount from client for your job and pay you less. These things are you not allowed to discuss with anyone. 4. You will be placed at any location india. They will not provide allowance untill you ask, you have fight with cunning management. They will make unnecessary drama to approve. 5. If you don't finish work within given time you must extend your work irrespective of day or night. I stayed in office day and night for 3 days continuously.
