...ible. The people who worked here even more than 10+ years were treated as slave. So i left the job just after watching their salary slip because if they were assets of the company, they were treated as nothing. So my reason is only that if they didn't enrich, they were not given proper computations, then why to stay there.

...pressure. Weekly closing, daily zoom call for 2 hours. Monthly managers meeting. No salary increment, no job security, no carrier growth. Salary detection is very high. No proper explanation In salary slip. Poor HR management.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent and good salary hike and bonus every year thanks

Timely implementaion is poor, Training & Development is poor. Working and overall operational related issues are high. Scientific promotion missing.
