They do not respect more than 10 or 12 years old dedicated and loyal field field staff due to higher package since they are working since last many years and invested their youthfulness to grow the company .cadila removed them immediate and sudden with any allegation or misconduct of work discipline. ...ible. The people who worked here even more than 10+ years were treated as slave. So i left the job just after watching their salary slip because if they were assets of the company, they were treated as nothing. So my reason is only that if they didn't enrich, they were not given proper computations, then why to stay there.
