No company policy, nothing is clear..Appointment letter says 1 month notice period, company HR Says 90 days notice period...HR manager is unprofessional

Great campus, good pay (but be warned that a sizeable chunk goes into variable), transport facilities available.

Toxic work culture in the corporate communications department. I left within 2 months and I've worked in a PSU before, so you can just about imagine how bad it was. I'm truly grateful to Mr. Kulwinder Singh, to help me in whatever way he could. He helped me out of my misery and get me the current job where Im truly happy at. She, in no way, could justify the position that Cadila has placed her in. She was phenomenally incompetent for a General Manager and if I had to climb all the way up to her ego and jumped down on to her emotional quotient, I would be seriously injured or dead.

In CADILA pharmaceuticals there are lot of opportunities for career growth. One gets appreciation every time when you get your numbers done. Work environment is fabulous and you always get support whenever whatever needed.

Company has good product quality but they are running on old formulas The worst thing is exporting of goods to other territory on sacrifice of your own salary and expenses people who want to ruin their career or hav no other can join on their own risk
