My senior was asking to pay him 20k from my 30k salary. That is why i left this wonderful organisation. Because ultimately money matters a lot in everyone's life.

Can be an option for beginners

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Company has good product quality but they are running on old formulas The worst thing is exporting of goods to other territory on sacrifice of your own salary and expenses people who want to ruin their career or hav no other can join on their own risk

...ible. The people who worked here even more than 10+ years were treated as slave. So i left the job just after watching their salary slip because if they were assets of the company, they were treated as nothing. So my reason is only that if they didn't enrich, they were not given proper computations, then why to stay there.
