Regrettably, the work schedule within the office environment can be described as exceedingly stressful. The sheer magnitude of tasks assigned to individuals is overwhelming, leaving the juniors and other employees with an insurmountable workload that must be executed regardless of any personal sacrifices, even extending into weekends. Moreover, it is a common occurrence for the superiors to engage in the practice of yelling and scolding at their subordinated, junior colleagues and employees. This pervasive culture of exerting immense pressure on individuals to fulfill their responsibilities is consistently endorsed and followed.
