Reasonable work timings, Good communication and understanding, friendly colleagues, allowing to learn new softwares and developing our skills.

Sometimes I feel that the salary I receive for my heart work at CadCentre is not up to my potential. My skills and my hard work are recognised by the managers but I think they should pay me for my potential not on monthly basis.

I didn't like anything in CADD Centre Rajapark Jaipur Branch.

It was worst experience over there. They never stand on their words. The salary distribution system is not good. I got my salary in 2-3 installments like i am getting EMI's. If yo are thinking that it will enhance your skills than you are wrong. They will give you only two days training and will give you students to trained them. And for this two days training they will charge you full course fees when you left. In short, i am fully unsatisfied with this branch. May be other branches all over the India are good but this is not.....

Very bad pay Lot of pressure by management You need to pay them 35000 to get hired for software they teach you No free time will be given to faculty by the sales executives No growth No increment Speak continuously for 9-10 hrs if you want to waste time join this place Toxic environment

CADD CENTRE help me to upgrade my skills and the ambience is very good for me i just love the training process and it's a good opportunity to have here.

Salary and promotion is less and slow time consuming and hard to achieve

Doesn't have a strict environment. You have to be on your own for a lot of things.

Dislikes

The salary is not worth it. No additional pay, bonus or any such perks. You'd barely receive salary on the designated day. The management is terrible and poor. Better avoid this place. No good employee would consider sticking here. Corporate slavery at its peak.
