The owner of CADD Center Indore is a liar and cheat. He never payed salary on time and also he never payed my one and half one salary. Eventhough I worked more than 18 hours daily.

Dislikes

The franchise owner doesn't even know about softwares but is getting students to pay for teaching them. The center is also very dirty no housecleaning services because he did not pay them.

Likes

This is a great place for people who want to expand their skill set while working especially fresher. Company works on franchise module. So possibility is you will be working with a franchise. That means initial pay varies from franchise to franchise. Centre environment is mainly dependent on the owner of franchise and his/her vision and goals. Mine has a great personality and I have been given plenty of opportunities and hikes, people from various background and experience make this place a fun to work with lots of relaxation provided.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are slow and depends on franchise owners attitude I am lucky not everyone might be. But be prepared for some extra work which you cannot get rid of and responsibilities of course.

Terrible salary and a lot of work they expect. No payment for extra work. No assessment of a performer and a non performer. Working environment is poor. No sufficient infrastructure. Forget appraisal. No timely and proper settlement. All these points are for dislike cos there is nothing to like.

1. Teaching a best Profession. I love to receive students for helping them to enhance their skill development. 2. Centre allows me to perform Namaz.

...ot given). So with less duration and we are helpless in handling softwares. 11. Salary problem (They always blames us. So our interest in performance automatically gets down) 12. Sorry to say, do forgive me - Manager is PROBLEM.

I feel privileged to work here in Cadd centre, its a big honour for me as a trainer you will be recognised by students and corporate people life will be less balanced with salary... For freshers I will suggest to work..
