Cadd center experience will not be considered as professional experience by companies...so dont waste your time there...but if you love teaching profession you can go there

No benefits...poor salary...no work satisfaction..worst managemnet...they are money minded..staff will not get any respect...

Only thing i feel positive is ,i got a good understanding of basics of software and how to use them.

...ce certificates are of no use. They say NSDC approved but i strongly doubt that. I never recommend anyone to go their and pay 30k to 40K instead join linkedin learning at 2k per month, udemy courses available less than 500 rs, swayam NPTEL etc you will learn more from them.

Very bad pay Lot of pressure by management You need to pay them 35000 to get hired for software they teach you No free time will be given to faculty by the sales executives No growth No increment Speak continuously for 9-10 hrs if you want to waste time join this place Toxic environment

CADD CENTRE help me to upgrade my skills and the ambience is very good for me i just love the training process and it's a good opportunity to have here.

Salary and promotion is less and slow time consuming and hard to achieve

Doesn't have a strict environment. You have to be on your own for a lot of things.

Dislikes

The salary is not worth it. No additional pay, bonus or any such perks. You'd barely receive salary on the designated day. The management is terrible and poor. Better avoid this place. No good employee would consider sticking here. Corporate slavery at its peak.
