Slow growth, no appraisals , they will replace their experienced employee with any fresher just for salary, any experienced candidate will demand high salary and they prefer to hire some freshers in very minimum amount

Good work environment and culture. Colleagues are supportive and friendly. Management is transparent and flexible. No work pressure on the team to achieve goal.

...u resigned from the organisation and you will pay the full amount of the course. The major issue is that the salary will not be paid properly.

Very bad pay Lot of pressure by management You need to pay them 35000 to get hired for software they teach you No free time will be given to faculty by the sales executives No growth No increment Speak continuously for 9-10 hrs if you want to waste time join this place Toxic environment

Salary and promotion is less and slow time consuming and hard to achieve

Doesn't have a strict environment. You have to be on your own for a lot of things.

The salary is not worth it. No additional pay, bonus or any such perks. You'd barely receive salary on the designated day. The management is terrible and poor. Better avoid this place. No good employee would consider sticking here. Corporate slavery at its peak.
