Good work environment and culture. There is huge cafeteria. Best for self learning and training.

Dislikes

Salary is fine but not hike every year. Career growth is slow. Job training is not given for new joining.

Likes

Freedom to express and work. The competent managers guide, motivate and lead from front. They do and then expect. Its very good atmosphere for those who are sincere, innovative and integrated to their work.

Dislikes

The management sometimes cautious in investing and taking time to make strategic decisions. They prefer sincere and obedient staff more than just top performers. Its not something to be disliked actually but surely prevent to have a fast quick growth.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
