It is my first job. I am working in 3 years. Good job. Excellent work environment. Brand value. culture is good. incentive also good approx 8k plus every months. Job Responsibilities Secondary sale monthly target. New product launching. Effective brand Distribution. Effective coverage.Vc cooler secaning.Vc cooler wise target complete. Daily productivity call. Unique line bill. Top outlet wise target.

Career growth is very slow. Off roll job DSM. Salary is not good. No job security. apka performance achha h or aap monthly Target ka 100 % to 110 % bhi karenge tou apka. As a TSI promotion nhi hoga

Compensation is decent.but growth is very slow.here future is nothing.because last seven years my position is t.s.i and today also same position not promote to me.this is very bad for me.here career growth is nothing

Location of office as it takes me almost 2hrs one way to reach off.. Salary grade wise benefits. Many times lower grade team members gets ignored.
