there is no value for employees......even there is security for job ...anytime they wish they will terminate the employees. no respect for the staff how struggled and built the company name

The company is good, but senior management is continusly changing which hampers your work and appraisals..

Still not doing advance level of research.. to execute simple things u have to take permission at super high levels which lets your motive down. JD should be cleared

Overall good 2yrs with Agro division. But in 2 yrs of spam 3 SBU head had been changed, so very difficult to align with all three heads. Because every new head comes with different ideology and different expectations which breaks smooth working SOP and become very complex working nature.
