Dislikes

Every labour law in this country are violated: salary disbursement mostly after 12th and if there is a family function even further, basic salary much below the wages act to avoid PF, Gratuity (never given), duration of working hours, freedom to eat your own cooked food, 0 fixed lunch breaks and the list goes on, remarks and reference to domebodys perdonal life, their state and language.The only respected employee are the doctors (to some extent).

Exposure to varied cases Working with various mental health professionals Diverse tasks such as individual and group therapy, assisted admissions, teaching, etc.

Dislikes

Low salary Long hours of work (9 to 12 hours) Work environment is toxic Exploiting freshers
