Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ices and implement solar panels. There was no job security provided from them. Low salary and no other benefits. Traveling yes. We implemented solar all over Mangalore, Kundapura, Sakleshpur. I have done wiring, implementing solar panel/solar thermal panels and site visit. Work environment was there not well planned at the work site according to me. Work-life balance is good.

No job security. The work pressure is very high. Manager do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. There was no job training provided from the company.
