Work Life balance is great, they are not using the latest of tech but moving towards that. The way of doing things and not pressuring anyone to work over hours is something that I really liked

Dislikes

Yhere is some old tech baggage but considering the company is quite old it fair. There are no great perks like you get at big companies

The work life balance and bit of Culture. If You are not part of CP&G Ops in India, the culture is very good, but if you are then only god can save you, your life will be hell

Dislikes

CP&G Ops in India, specially after January 2023. There were very little of my skills that I was using, but after Anuj joined, even those skills were spoiled because of cross training and his bad attitude.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
