Its been more than 18Months, I am no longer associated with C2S Technology Inc. My last company was Worldpay which is now FIS (of-course reference come from past association) and I have been terminated from this company because of great politics internally and I am not politically influence person and even I don't want to be because being an engineer I want to invest my energy in work and not in corporate politics. I could have played a great politics easily but I was waiting for other to stop that and do the duty honestly rather than preparing a group and do the internal politics for which we are not being payed for. So overall Worldpay is worst place to work or I should say experience of working with WP is not good at all. Being a mid cap company they wont pay for bench time and assignment/project allocation is completely depends upon contacts and relation or through partnership with other vendor. So it is little tricky.

So it is little tough, At least half salary should be processed on bench period so that person can maintain his/her basic expenses like accommodation and travel for interviews, Specially when spouse status is dependent(Not working). There is no facility provided from C2S Technologies Inc other than compensation till you are billable. As far as job security point if person associated with organization without any pay than who is going to terminate your employment. So 100% secure job but there is no salary guaranty. Which I believe any organization is ready to provide 100% job guaranty if employee is ready to work on free of cost for internal project and if you get assignment than of-course your salary will be processed, hence you started earning with double margin.
