...very much. I learned lot of knowledge in construction field in this office only. I would like to continue in this office in higher salary.this office very safe for women's.They helps for the women's working in there office in every situation.

Dislikes

The only one dislike is no increment.incentive.over time,bonus facilities for the past 3 years. Money is most important than the working atmosphere.

Likes

The company started almost 84 years old,they adopts latest software. I got Very good experience in this company , and also job security , i involved design based an engineering ,architectural works. Electrical , hvac ,plumbing, and civil work.

Wide range of career growth and lot of learning aspects, given enough and reasonable time for task completion, improving self responsibility of works, good guidance from top level management for all type of experience faced, improved quality of documentations of projects,. ability to dealt with all kind of projects an unique stile.. Experience top management.

Dislikes

Internal politics from secondary cadre officials which are close to directors, They transfer all their inability to other subordinate and take only credit from them. which is common for all industries.

Likes

Very knowledgeable & dedicated senior authorities are there. very transparent in policies & passing on the technical knowledge to the bottom level. Very decent officials working in the company. Thought process is percolated to all the levels. Flexible attitude in adapting new ideas in building construction technology.
