Monthly performance bonus to encourage good performers , every month almost all the team members get this bonus 8. Annual increment 9. Annual Bonus in addition to monthly performance bonus every year for the good performers 10.Every half year,an opportunity for a foreign trip to best performer 11. Senior Management is very proactive and resolve any problem by any team members 12.

Nothing and this is favourite work place However this is not a good place for indiscipline people Very strict about POSH implementation You will not get confirmation if you are not honest,well behaved , hardworking and disciplined

My experiences are good here. Salary on time, good benefits, sound medical coverage, seniors are cooperating. There were some bad apples. but they have been weeded out. Senior management do not compromise on ethics.

No future groth, not suitable especially for women employees, management force their employees to write good thing about company in ambition box, any employee can loose their job if they do not oiling their boss as a result every perfect employee left this company, those employee unable to get new job they are working here and oiling their boss.
