Monthly performance bonus to encourage good performers , every month almost all the team members get this bonus 8. Annual increment 9. Annual Bonus in addition to monthly performance bonus every year for the good performers 10.Every half year,an opportunity for a foreign trip to best performer 11. Senior Management is very proactive and resolve any problem by any team members 12.

Nothing and this is favourite work place However this is not a good place for indiscipline people Very strict about POSH implementation You will not get confirmation if you are not honest,well behaved , hardworking and disciplined

...ilities. There were additional work pressure, yes, to keep the Company floating. but there were no salary cut or any benefit reductions or anything like that. Still some team members unable to cope with increased responsibilities started to slack. their performance graph took a nose dive. instead of working during office hours, they have been found to spent their time in social media sites from their smartphones. When Company told them to pull up their socks, they misbehaved with Senior managers. C-Quel was forced to let them go. Immediately they started bad mouthing the organization on social media sites such as Ambitionbox. I think Ambitionbox is a great site for job seekers and should not be misused.

So far I had a very good experience at C-Quel. Pay packages are good, there are ample growth opportunity, team bonding is great. From the beginning of pandemic situation management is looking after employees. They distributed masks and sanitizer, made it mandatory to use them during office hours even before the lockdown. During lockdown,. they introduced Work From Home facilities for all employees which is ongoing till this day. Behind the scenes they also upped the medical insurance of all employees. Earlier this month they conducted a free covid vaccination camp and administered the first dose of Covishield for C-Quel team members and their family member whose age is over 18.
