...ings, Best Grievance mechanism, Salaries are always on time without any pay cut. In such a pendamic situation my company supported all our team members and no one suffered any pay cut on salary. Management is very supportive in all manner and always treats us just like a family member, if you are in any trouble you are just one call away and you will get all possible support. I am glad to be part of this family.

...private transport for all the team members, shows the character of this company. No wage cut, no job cut, and salary on time during even during pandemic has elevated C-Quel to a different height among all MSME companies. After spending almost three years, I feel the urge to write about this company on this public platform because some ex-team members, who were asked to leave C-Quel for their non-performance, have been continuously trying to create a wrong impression about this wonderful organisation. C-Quel is different kind of organisation where values are more important than money, and C-Quel certainly not a place for so called over smart, lazy persons who tries to impress people by expensive dress and accented English but not by hard work and performance. I THINK AMBITION BOX IS A GREAT PLATFORM AND SHOULD NOT BE A PLATFORM ONLY FOR THE NON-PERFORMERS WHO WRITE NASTY AND BASELESS THINGS AFTER BEING REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE ORGANISATION FOR THEIR MISDEEDS OR NON-PERFORMANCE. IT SHOULD BE A PLATFORM FOR THE PERFORMERS ALSO WHO PREFERS TO WORK HARD AND HAVE SOME SENSE OF GRATITUDE AND VALUES.

This company is too strict about ethics and you may lose job if you indulge in any unethical activities. Too much strictness about POSH as this company is Government empanelled POSH trainer. no slang no frivolous behaviour tolerated. you need to be very careful about your behaviour.

The team members are highly respected even by senior most people and ladies are extremely well protected. The open door policy to lodge your grievance is an important reason behind the beautiful ambience at C-Quel. It's a great place for those who believe at performance and spirituality at workplace. Although some guys may not be comfortable with such ethical and spiritual ambience, however, I feel great here because of my past bitter experiences in other companies and it was beyond my imagination that a company like C-Quel actually exists in today's world. I must have done some good karma that God has finally sent me to C-Quel. C-Quel is different kind of organisation which is not chasing revenue or profit target but very strict about quality of work. Its among few companies in India which does not bribe Govt. officials, and Senior Management spends good amount of time to fight against corruption.

Great company without great salary. Although salary paid on time and to be fair, till pandemic quarterly performance bonus was paid without fail to almost all team members along with statutory bonus. Too much focus on ethics and values. TO build a different kind of value based company, Senior Management probably compromising on its growth potential.

...demic and was very scared of losing my job as the business climate was not good. However, I got my full salary throughout the pandemic and finally received my confirmation letter despite so much financial crisis. Company has provided me a laptop so that we can work from home. Company is paying huge amount of rent for hiring so many laptops but did not insist us to work from office even after the lock down was over. Senior Management of this company are very empathetic and careful about health and safety of the team members.
