...ilities. There were additional work pressure, yes, to keep the Company floating. but there were no salary cut or any benefit reductions or anything like that. Still some team members unable to cope with increased responsibilities started to slack. their performance graph took a nose dive. instead of working during office hours, they have been found to spent their time in social media sites from their smartphones. When Company told them to pull up their socks, they misbehaved with Senior managers. C-Quel was forced to let them go. Immediately they started bad mouthing the organization on social media sites such as Ambitionbox. I think Ambitionbox is a great site for job seekers and should not be misused.

...e Senior management here is empathetic to employee needs and are quite flexible. We get salary on time, and perks too are industry standard. During Covid pandemic lockdown, not only there were no lay offs, also our medical insurance coverage increased. Nearly 60% of the workforce during this phase were sitting idle, still got their salaries on time and there were no reductions too. May be because of this some people got too lazy, instead of working hard, started doing politics with their colleagues and negatively hampering working environment. Company gave them stern messages. They quit and promptly started abusing the Organization on online platforms. C-Quel is a place for loyal, ethical, hard working people. There are ample opportunities for them.

...do not last beyond probation period. So if want to work here be ready to "work". Salary is will be credited on time and perks are good. During Covid lockdown too there were no pay cut, or workforce reduction whether you are working or not. Heath coverage for whole family increased during Covid period, so that is very good.

...atory to wear in office. There were ample sanitizers, infrared thermometers etc. During lockdown many of the team members were completely sitting at home, still got their salary on time. There were NO lay offs, NO salary cuts. During these tough times company really showed they care.
