Initially it had good timings and work life balance was good but recent changes in policy had worsened it.

Dislikes

New policies and management is terrible. Appraisal policies are not there and don’t expect appraisals to be satisfactory. No scope for promotions

Their work culture and work life balance is amazing. Staff in office was very supportive

Dislikes

Frankly speaking in my 9 months of internship i didn't find anything offensive.i joined them on construction site then got shifted in office If stipend matters you the most rather than experience then that's not a place for you.

Stable company, experienced team, dynamic leadership, knowledgeable department heads and senior staff. Job security, project related travel within the country, lot of opportunities for learning.

Dislikes

Some bit of politics, not much training for value addition to skills and understanding.
