It's a good place to work, they pay fairly compared to other companies. Nice co workers and Nice clients. ...No benefit & compensation for working Over time n even on working on holidays. And they are also having a delay of salary for 4 Months . They haven't paid salary of February month til now. If i would get a option for negative marking i would loved to do that.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
