The company boasts of a good culture without actually having any culture.

...he notice period unserved. Or they harass the employee during the notice period. The company would ask the employee to relocate to an expensive city without compensation and then later ask the employee to repay for the flight tickets and food and even laundry and hotel stay when the employee decided to leaves. Not sure if this is a regular practice at an MNC. The employee attrition rate in the company is extremely high. Just a very transparent review.

- Learning is great, You can grow your skill set exponentially. - Salary on time. - Good leave policy

Dislikes

- I felt some people are Under payed even if they are perfect fit. - Insane work load with strict deadlines, with less timelines. - No appreciation even if you perform out of the box to deliver something. - working on weekends with no compensation or compoffs. - They have good leave policy but they won't allow you to avail because of work loads. - Micro management.

The firm has few very experienced people to learn about the industry from.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture and no work life balance. No grievance handling, Human Resource doesn’t function properly. No growth or if it is there, it is very slow. No young workforce, people are either too lethargic or too overburdened. Insufficient workforce where required. Extremely high employee attrition rate. Personally, faced harassment during the notice period too, when everything was handed over very smoothly.

Work culture is ok. Job is secured until unless you fall into trouble. No comments for management and company policy. Overall ok to work and learn.

Dislikes

CHR is brand in India and one of the big freight forwarding organisation. Although it’s big but i feel that company is not biased and little slow with employees to show them career growth in the organisation..

Basically there is no company culture and policy. Politics will be played by everyone. How much ever you work hard you won't be recongined and there is no proper performance review system so that it will affect your increment. If you are close with your manager then you will get all the attention.worst culture.
