Here nothing to say about C'Group

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend queries related to access, attendance and changeover of the systems ( it's like transit into Access control) and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from officials but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisal. Also, there is no on job Training related to our work for Freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes
