salary on time is the only key area C Edge having. apart from this if you are working at client side you will not get any benefits. some kind of partiality with employees at client side.

very low salary increment and incremented salary will start affect from the month of sept or oct.

It's very good experience for fresher to work in Network security field. Got hands-on experience on routing, switching, firewall, Waf, Load balancer.

Dislikes

If got promoted from L1 to L2 still pay scale doesn't change that much.

Very much good for freshers to start their career in IT. There is wide range of opportunities to learn and grow, also upgrade your skills. Anyone looking for retirement plan, even you can find a place here. Job security is exceptional here. A little out of place with work life balance as it’s a production environment job and need to be available 24/7. Yet the coworkers guide and support you in every way possible. Work culture is the strength of the company.

Employee compensation are very bad including annual increment.

Hr not coordinating, they have lives in his own world and supporting. and act as like they the owner of this company. Specially Kinjal hr, she act so over smart comparing rest. Appraisal are to be much better. Politics are to much.
