I gave the company full 3 years. It seems that I did not face any special problem there, I would always like to say good things about the company.

...t I would like to say is that the person who is a helper there remains a helper. The one who has 5 to 6 years of experience, his salary should be increased but no, he does not get any promotion. should be increased

I like the environment and behaviour in working with others employees they are attentive and responsible to help others in any situation they can..Also company gives bonus to employees for satisfication of doing their work...

Dislikes

Politics and Somestimes management doesn't address each and every individual.Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow..

Over all review about job security, work culture and compensation is below average.

There is no company's own free two wheeler parking. Employee has to pay for bike parking outside the company premises.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give average salary hike and bonus every year.

For freshers it's good place to learn, they can gain knowledge here, multiple division and variety of working field makes c.l as a good place to enhance one's personal skill.

Working environment, unsupportive staff somehow
