Job is secure but important thing is work satisfaction is zero because all the works decisions has been taken by management with out asking to the department heads. How they can take their own decisions.we r the employees to support the hospital by giving our efforts but they don’t support us. No proper increment as per work or as per their designation.so, plz support us. Give respect to our knowledge. Thank ‘Q’.
