Job is secure but important thing is work satisfaction is zero because all the works decisions has been taken by management with out asking to the department heads. How they can take their own decisions.we r the employees to support the hospital by giving our efforts but they don’t support us. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
