I learn here to develop the vendor, proper documentation required while approving the supplier selection. Quotation evaluation Sheet, Negotiation with suppliers, etc etc
...e you any offer Letter on joining and just forget about your Appointment Letter. There is no clear discussion about the salary being offered, what they discuss and offer during interview is something different when you get your in-hand salary. No Scope of growth in this company. They just want you to work at lower than the minimum wages. Pathetic HR Policies with no safety regulations. They don't even provide the proper basic facilities and they don't have any satisfactory work environment. I discussed with many of the current employees of the company regarding their growth, nobody is Happy working here. They all are working either they need money or they don't have any other options. If you're here then better get yourself out of this company yo see and get better prospect of work opportunities with some other companies. C&S Electric limited being established from way 50 years back but they have no work culture. Just a Pathetic depressed company!

Management has no skill , they treat their employees as a labour . You were being paid for 8 hours work but had to work for them more than 10 hours a day even if there is no work to do one cannot leave company premises prior to their manager otherwise warning will be issued by HR department. HR had no power they just do whatever V.P wants , useless HR department.
I worked there for 2 years and they taught no new skills . I have to do monotonous work which makes life dull and after working for more than 10 hours they pay very less our salary was less than labour salary. Labours were given more respect than their employees. I haven’t seen that much bad culture in my whole life

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
