Nothing is good in C&R, it's a lala company.

Two lala running the show, if you are leaving the organization with proper resign and serving notice period ,even then they will deduct your salary. Never take salary in cash part because at the time of leaving they will not give you your cash part, whether it is pending for 6 month.

I am glad to inform you that company is good and capital not high .working are good part of time and salary package very low for my daily expenses budget.but working life very good all staff very responsible and faith any body .so I am can not detail my company because just like a good.

#Very Bad company.. Company culture & benefits policies are also very bad #If some one wants to leave company after proper resign, company never clear pending dues of that person.. OR if clear the dues, they deduct hefty of amount as per there wish.. so at last person suffers tooo much.. # JOB is secure,because they will fire employees as per requirement or order booking..if order booking reduces employees firing also increases.. #Also MD -Vikrant Rai is very rude in behavior # More or less - THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORKABLE FOR GOOD & ENTHUSIASTIC EMPLOYEES...

This company is almost Third quality. All employees are sad with working this company. Every employee has been not satisfied for company full n finely amount. Me too.... HR is very bad working.

It's a hell, stay away from this company, company director is immature, Misguiding buyers, if u work here your reputation will be gone damage in market

No toilet, no wash rooms, 100s of people using one washroom, owner thinks employees as his servant, no job satisfaction, better to choose any other organization, no future..
