...ears and I was not given variable despite being promised. My Variable was 30%. They can also ask you leave the company taking 2 months salary as compensation. (this is what I have seen happening to other employees) No Transport facility and poor infrastructure.

Can work many years if you sacrifice your obenion and strength ... If close ur mouth and do the work what they said , will be stable

Can terminate at any time without reason .... There is no job satisfaction

C&A is a top most retail in the world. There has very good work environment that can satisfy a employee.

I like to develop more & more with showing my performance within my responsibility also extra ordinary for some special cases.

Just the 27days compulsory leaves. That was the only motivation. This place gives all the time for your personal life while you rust your right/left brain at work.

Dislikes

Politics. Learning is zero. Appraisals have no direct relation with target goals. Growth is zero. It is the best place for people with no ambitions and who treat job just like a job that pays their bills. Highly negative energy. No transparency. Team effort is zero.
