A rewarding experience full of growth opportunities If you are looking for a luxury in your job role, just goofing around and doing 9 - 6 job and taking home salary and taking leaves uninformed, looking for work-life balance, not interested in learning new things and growing skills - mind you, this is not the company you should join! I found Byline Learning, a place where innovative ideas are not just welcomed, but actively encouraged and supported. The leadership team is genuinely interested in new ways to solve problems and improve on products and services, which makes for an exciting work environment. I experienced a culture of innovation, professional growth, a supportive team environment, flexibility, and transparent communication. One of the unique things I found about the policy in Byline Learning is that they give you the option to compensate for your leave by working on Sundays. This way you have the option to accumulate your leaves and take them when the time is right or when you need them the most! Working hours are very much flexible, office opens at 10 am and remains open until 2 am because of the client base overseas. You have the option to take any shift between these working hours. I have never experienced a culture like this in any other company I have worked for. Kudos to the Byline Learning team.

Dislikes

...s, with laid back attitude and zero seriousness and accountability towards work. But they want a salary on time and do not want to work for it. Apart from this, no reason to dislike Byline Learning.

Exposure to an end to end ID role. Sense of ownership of the task. Peer review for QA. Pushing individual boundaries. No lethargy allowed. No politics, no hierarchy. Young and dynamic environment. Self management, no reporting manager.

Nothing that really worth mentioning here. Office could have been a little more spacious to move around.

The management treats new joiners like school students. They just want you to come to office, continuously look at screen and then go back home. Basically work like robots. Additionally, every time you get a call you have to extend that much time to complete your work hours.

I didn't worked here but I can guarantee the founders do not care even for a single second about the well-being of their employees. While I was interviewing here the founder deliberately tried to narrow down the definition of an ID in order to lure me into hsi agenda of what an ID is. I assume it's because he laced the courage to say that he is cheap and wants to eat up all the profits to his wallet. Then even though he knew I wasn;t a good fit he gave me some labour work as a "assignment". It was just basic formatting but sine all his precious employees were busy he told me to do it and never called back. I am thankful I didn't got selcted because I had a clear vision and understanding of my job profile. Thanks for reading.
