Work culture bad Working hours are not uniform and stretched every day . The working hours of dependent department are not matching which is affecting the business in regional locations. ... best for you because you get a lot of time for self study and self development. The pay scale is amazing specially if you are a fresher.

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
