You are working for daily wages and not for salary. Even if you make sales/ completing the target you wont get the salary for the day if you did not complete the talk time. It is completely sales and nothing to learn new or skills. If you can do sales, maintain the talktime along with tremendous pressure then you will find this job attractive and useful

...ve policies. Difficult to survive here even for 1 month , I resigned in 28 days. This job is totally scam , you won't even get full salary they have mentioned. It's mentioned that 5 days working but they will made you to work on weekends also.

Byju's provides amazing salary package but in return it will take your 12hr working and i think job security is not there because its depend on sales and target achievement and if someone is getting a opportunity to work in Byju's without any target then it is very good company to start your career

Byju's pressurised their employees allot it is very hectic job to work in pre sales and sales in byjus also their is no job security because if you don't complete your target then they put you on pip.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

I have learn so many things of there.i had good colleague and friends. I had a team, they are my inspiration. Mostly I want to say there have some Good managers, they are not forgottbelee.

This is a Giant company, Boss and manager are thinks always as a street dog to us. There is no promotion, no salary growth, no incentive. No guarantee for your job. Any time This is So called Boss has decided who have in system or who not. Last 3 month salary pending to us, there is no messages or no mail from their side. Absolutely untrusted and untruthful company.
