You can't give time to family, friends, to your loved ones and not even yourself. Working culture is pathetic, work life balance is equals to zero (0). I would like to recommend job in Byjus to those people who don't care about anyone even to their family. Because there is no fixed timing for working, you have to work even if your health is not good, you have to go to the important work but you can't get leave because, work is everything not family or other things. And that's why I quit because this job was making me sick.

Promotions will not happen according to their talent. It happens only when the employee is having good relationship with the reporting manager. Frankly to say adjustment.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.
