Dislikes

Poor Management. Management keeps taking bad decisions in terms of targets . They tried to convert their post sales team into revenue generators which backfired badly . Byjus not only did injustice to its customer but to its employees also. Unworthy people are managers who dont have anykind of managerial skills . they shamelessly holded appraisal , incentive and increments . They follow silent firing in which they will compel you to commit targets which are not acheivable .Then they will put you in PUR or PIP .Then Exit .This company can give serious phsycological issues to its employees. Worst Company on Planet.

Firstly I got to learn a alot and secondly company was great and it cared for us when the owner was Karan bajaj for whitehat jr once the owner was byjus the company was hell.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

The company owner doesn't know how to handle a business he just spends money on sponsoring sports and pays no salary. This job cannot give a person happiness and it will just give stress. They make you work like crazy with minimal salary with no hope of promotion or raise. The company doesn't not listen to your problems. Overall not recommended.

Salary perk. Also if you can connect to parents easily with sweet talk then it's the best job in the world. It's a post sale position.

The position is that of a cust executive providing resolutions and following up but no resolution you can provide as no power is being given to a mentor except for creating cases.

For an introvert , you just go there do your job without any job called environment, a mere classroom vibe

Dislikes

Where to start ? -bad work life balance -salary comes when they wish to send - attractive package ? Half of your package is variable which is only unlocked post a year , that too you get way less -people ‘s words - you’re just doing your job you’re not adding anything up to greater good , it’s about money so child s future maybe in vain , technical failures in classroom , frequent times

Hi, I recently got selected as SAP Consultant in EY GDS,I have overall 3.4 years of experience and relevant experience in IT( SAP ) is 3.2 in XYZ Technologies and earlier I worked in (Non-IT)Byjus in Sales for 2 months and came out from Byjus without proper releiving. I applied in EY GDS with 3.2 Years relevant experience and I didn't showmy Non-IT experience in resume and Candidate Information sheet which I filled during Application form. Now I have proper documentation from Current Company ,I don't have proper documents from BYJUS & the same is reflecting in EPF Service history. EY GDS recently Initiated BGV process through Digiverifier and asked me to fill experience details, I filled only current company and I didn't fill Byjus.Anyway Digiverifier will access my EPF service history, Will my BGV pass or fail ? or Will EY asks for any clarification and will allow me?
