Managers and management always take initiatives to skill up employees so that they can grow in career even if you stay in byjus or not but they help with your skill development just you need to be vocal enough.

Dislikes

With the currect situation salary, job security is biggest concern . Major dislike is employee won't get updates regarding any negative things like delay In crediting salary, layoff before time. Increments are not happening

Likes

Good salary compared other companies for similar roles with 5 days working. Unlike sales department, culture was good in non voice operations department and there was no pressure as such,nobody worked beyond thier shift timings 9-6/10-7. It was fun environment.

Dislikes

No personal growth, job security or opportunities internally. Can get promotion if your from sales team or through personal connection inside. But not with honest and hard work.

Please do not join Byju’s at any cost, it’s a sinking ship held a float by smoke and mirrors there’s nothing good to say about this company.

... you’re expected to do work even over the weekends - Lot of internal politics - No appraisals or pay hikes - Terrible tech stack / work

...ployees work after working hours. Good part is working on trending technologies. And I got compensation more than FAANG companies.

Many things we can learn , upgrade the skills, flexible work culture, new technology

... , employee gets nothing, if company is under loss even then loss for employees. High package for freshers. Un worthy people get paid high . Hard workers gets peanuts
