Training is one of the best in whole edtech there is issue in that but

First they don't provide salary which they say All of things are becoming a big Ballon which will burst one day Never ever do any thing extra to save your job please read it twice it won't be saved no matter what you do. No working hours you work min 10hr to 16 hr a day and nxt day repeat same story also you have to work on holidays national holidays even on diwali too there no festival holiday also on week holiday you work to complete the target which would never get fulfilled they are made that way

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

I have learn so many things of there.i had good colleague and friends. I had a team, they are my inspiration. Mostly I want to say there have some Good managers, they are not forgottbelee.

This is a Giant company, Boss and manager are thinks always as a street dog to us. There is no promotion, no salary growth, no incentive. No guarantee for your job. Any time This is So called Boss has decided who have in system or who not. Last 3 month salary pending to us, there is no messages or no mail from their side. Absolutely untrusted and untruthful company.

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Dislikes

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Ultimately it's because of those careless and inhuman Managers that the company is losing everything.

...ts infact it has terminated me when my leave started. I was very helpless there. I was in hospital to deliver my baby and insurance company denied to pay my insurance coverage stated that company has terminated me 3 months before
