...is bloody fake company. Please don't spoil your time and career on this Byjus. All employees and upper management are involve in robbery of employees salary and incentives. When they never share your incentives data If you asked him for his salary and incentives they avoiding you and finally they will terminate you for that without any reason

Wrost to wrost company which I have seen my 15 years of corporate experience Upper management to down lavel management all are involving in robbery of employees salary. if you asked him for salary and incentives they will terminate you without any reason. Downfall of Byjus is they are hired IIM 18-20 years students on huge package. Without any corporate experience . And they don't know how to run team and generate business from market. They are busy in robbery of employees salary and incentives. This is main reason of downfall of Byjus

The only positive point is the salary they offer. Manager: Mohit saini, Karma will get you & I hope you hurt as much as we did.

...am krunga kya mai". you can tell by this response what he used to think of us. Few employees also had a unnecessary salary deductions(around 30 to 35 percent) which they did not received till date, whereas other employees received full salary. WORST WORKING CULTURE AND MANAGER.

Promotions will not happen according to their talent. It happens only when the employee is having good relationship with the reporting manager. Frankly to say adjustment.

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.
