...GLOBAL MARKET. There is work pressure but you find the people who understand it. You get your salary on time. There is much work pressure, I think the company is facing challenges in the market and trying to survive. You need to be hard working and fast paced.

NOT A COMPANY TO WORK WITH, YOU WILL NOT BE RECOGNISED EVEN AFTER WORKING HARD FOR YEARS. PLASE DO NOT WORK HERE. I WILL SUGGEST TO LEARN SOMETHING AND WORK FOR AN ORGANISATION WHERE YOU ARE LEARNING, GROWING AND BEING RECOGNISED. DO NOT THINK OF APPRAISAL OR A HIKE, THEY ARE NOT READY TO PAY WHAT THEY PROMISED WHILE GIVING THE JOB. The company needs to refine it's data and work culture. Everyone in the company is working beyond the office hours, without any overtime pay. The company should focus on the quality of the services, not on the quantity of data they process daily. The last thing I want to mention that may be common, that is; there is no one to see your efforts or the time you have given for the quality work.

... not a great place to work. Everyone says byjus will pay well, but they are not. I didn't receive any salary hike after completing 1 year. I will not recommend this company to anyone who is searching for a job.

Everything worst in this company. No job security. For freshers good start on salary basis.

... security. To work in this company, you have to forget about your personal life. Kon si company 10 hours working time rakhti hai and upar se senior management wants you to work 12-14 hours in a day if you want to get promotion and salary hike.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

I have learn so many things of there.i had good colleague and friends. I had a team, they are my inspiration. Mostly I want to say there have some Good managers, they are not forgottbelee.

This is a Giant company, Boss and manager are thinks always as a street dog to us. There is no promotion, no salary growth, no incentive. No guarantee for your job. Any time This is So called Boss has decided who have in system or who not. Last 3 month salary pending to us, there is no messages or no mail from their side. Absolutely untrusted and untruthful company.
