New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

They will make you work and when they are done with you they will give a lame excuse and fire you

Dislikes

Work nature , senior attitude, only sale sale sale , no worth of an employee, salary wont be payed as promised , ppf not deposited in account at time , FNF not payed at all , and will show they are in loss and will charge you for the loss . No respect for their employees.

I experienced worse work culture there was not fixed timings you have start your work every day by 10am and have to work 9:30... I was working during covid time ,if my target gets missed sometimes I had to make sales and works in the weekend also...

There is no work Life balance. There is no time for work you have to work 14hrs in a day . No job security, management is also not good, they can fire you anytime, they are not ready to listen your concern even if it would be personal problem they will not support you.
