Nothing positive. You get paid for giving up everything to byjus. It's like submit yourself to the company so that the byju raveendran can enjoy the annual turnover you give him. It's just a scam

...ound 7.30/8am and then forget your life till 11pm. You hardly get time to sleep. If you have a family forget them or keep their mouth shut with that salary you get by grinding yourself. At home,you'll be just be a paying guest bcz you come home only to eat and spend a night that's it.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

... best for you because you get a lot of time for self study and self development. The pay scale is amazing specially if you are a fresher.

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.

There is nothing to like about byjus. But, byjus gave me a decent salary when no when was ready to give me a chance.

Dislikes

Their work culture, unrealistic revenue sales target, no appreciation, taking every bit of your energy and potential and still expecting more. Don't know how many household it had destroyed by giving them financial worries, demoralizing kids infronts of their parents, parents losing hope from their kids because of our selfish sales strategies.
