No skills and growth. No ownership. Politics. Nobody heeds to your complaints about the negative info. Toxic hire and fire culture. More than 3000 employees got laid off just a week ago with one day notice given to them.

You have to wore more than 12 hours every day. No appraisal, salary too less for all these long hours. They make you do overtime with no extra payment. Terrible culture and too much unnecessary pressure.
