It doesn't have any preferred time any time in a day they will do meetings and etc and we give our work time full like 9Am to 6pm but they skip that time and take meetings on other time like 9 pm or 10pm

I worked in Kolkata office and the Work culture and Environment is very Toxic. There is nothing called week off. As they are paying high package they will think you are there slave and there is no family of yours.No HR policy. HR's there are just like dolls.You will not get the Reimbursement even after submitting bills and all. You will get growth only if you act as a personal slave of your Manager,Sr.Manager,AGM & GM.

Nothing.....I worked there with full dedication at 9am to 9 to 9.30pm, but when it comes to salary they didn't pay at all. My salary was approximately 27k but I'm first month they paid 7k & next month they paid 14k. But yes one thing I liked about in BYJUs that my Training manager was very good. He teaches us in very good manner. When my training ends then they allotted new manager, and he was horrible.

Nothing. Nothing at all. Any low paying salary company will have better , way better perks than byjus.

Everything. I might write a whole book on whats wrong with this company. But for now, just dont support this company in anyway possible.

Much of the staff percentage are yougsters. Good work culture great teamwork etc. You will meet the best people who are really good at what they do and can learn a lot from each other ofcourse. The Boss and CEO Mr. Byju Ravindran is one of the most respectful person Ican think of. Office has a moto that employees are also in the learning curve and think out of the box ideas are celebrated.

...in . eg a person applied in motion graphics was given a seat in print design. Referral bonus for new employees are often promised by HR But never really provided. You Wait and u wait so they will come up with an excuse. Compensations are not the peak in relation to the extra effort you try to put in although if you are are looking for a safe haven and comfortable job position this would not be a problem for you.
