Forcing parents to purchase their costly courses, unethical way of selling and looting customers, employees are unsatisfied in abusive environment, someone who is willing to earn can only apply otherwise people from different corporate should not consider it as a career option, otherwise it will be a waste of time, the environment is very competitive and i think education is a basic human right but ed-techs are only focusing on sales and making money out of it, they won't survive in near future. Check news you will get each and every detail. recently, Byjus has posted a deep fall in revenue FY21, it also reported humongous loss of 4500 crores, their acquisition went so wrong like example white hat jr. Etc.

... with people understanding the issues of students and providing them a solution. Getting handsome salary and uncapped incentives.

Not understanding the financial situation of family just focusing on their products sale, which is expensive for lower and middle class families. Forcing the executive to sell to lower and middle class families as the set of leads are being provided by the company itself.

Promotions will not happen according to their talent. It happens only when the employee is having good relationship with the reporting manager. Frankly to say adjustment.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail
