It is a great place to evolve and develop your skills. You meet with challenges everyday and got active chance to give your ideas for the solution. Could be in touch with higher level managements .

Dislikes

Job security is excellent. But you cannot expect so much growth in salary. And salary is always late for more than 3 months.

Whole HR team - Head Office, CEO - Unnecessarily call Engineers and scold for Project progress, Some barnacle (Definition in Marketing terms) likes of staffs in head office & site having higher attitude and does not know how to talk in a professional manner. They cant leave the company because they know they will not get the job elsewhere. Company Does not use SAP & P6 likes software for planning and Billing.

I'm working here as a hr assistant since August 2021, good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive specially Mr Santosh Mandal sir, and the management is transparent

Sometimes salary coming too late and career growth is slow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
