My friend dedicated their time and effort to a company that, unfortunately, faced issues with delayed salary payments, with no payment for the last three months of their tenure. After negotiations, an agreement was reached that the outstanding salary for June would be paid by August 31st, with the remainder scheduled for October 15th.
Regrettably, as of September 24th, my friend has only received their June salary, leaving them understandably concerned about the employer's commitment to fulfill the remainder of the agreement. This situation has been further complicated by the employer's failure to contribute to provident funds since September of last year.
Trust is the cornerstone of any successful professional relationship, and when it wavers, it can affect both parties involved. My friend is now hesitant to submit company assets until they can be assured that their trust won't be misplaced again.
